- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat Rate Fee: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey to your kitchen.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- In original, unused condition with all tags still attached.
- Packaged in the original box with all included materials, manuals, and accessories.
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Can Openers (due to hygiene concerns)
- Choppers & Slicers (items containing blades)
- Cutlery & Knives (all sharp implements)
- Opened or used baking tools and utensils
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items (these will be clearly marked as such)
The Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Please include the RMA number on your package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering insurance, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? The process is just as easy:
- Follow the same process outlined above.
- Clearly indicate in your email that you are requesting an exchange and specify the exact replacement item you desire.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship your replacement.
- The customer is responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
