Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging with all included materials
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Can Openers (due to hygiene concerns)
- Choppers & Slicers (blade-containing items)
- Cutlery & Knives (sharp implements)
- Opened or used baking tools and utensils
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items (will be marked as such)
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Exchange Process
If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement item
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days after we process it)
Damaged or Defective Items
